Changed your mind
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We'll send you the return address by email once your return is approved.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if you email us within 12 hours of placing them. After that the order is usually already in processing and will need to be handled as a return.
