2. Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping on US orders of $40 or more. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.99. You're only charged shipping once per order, even if items arrive in separate packages.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number by email once your package ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 8–14 business days after shipping. Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which is how we keep prices low and shipping free. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days — this is normal and you won't be charged extra.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. Tracking numbers can take 2–4 days to show movement after you receive them while the carrier scans the package into their system.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Delays
Weather, carrier backlogs, customs processing, and holiday volume can add a few days. If your order is running late, check the tracking link first; if it hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email us and we'll replace it or refund you.
Address changes
Double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before the order ships. Once a package has left the warehouse we can't redirect it, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees.
Duties and taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. There are no additional import duties or fees for US orders.
